Dr. Rolf Wiswesser
Digital Sales | Business Development
Rolf holds a PhD in economics and brings over 25 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. He began his career at Allianz in 1996, where he held various leadership roles. Following executive positions as a board member at Swiss Life Select and as Chief Sales Officer for Property & Casualty Insurance at Ergo Group, he returned to Allianz in 2016. There, as a member of the executive board, he played a key role in developing a strategically important business unit with premium income exceeding €2.5 billion. His expertise spans sales, digital transformation, organizational development, and strategic leadership. Rolf’s broad experience and deep industry insight make him a valuable member of PRIO’s advisory board.
Max Wensing
Alternative Investments | Investor Relations
Max has been with the private bank DONNER & REUSCHEL AG for over 28 years, working in the areas of Capital Markets, Investor Services, and Real Assets. He has extensive expertise in structuring and managing institutional mandates, particularly in real estate, infrastructure, private debt, and private equity. In addition, he serves as a Senator in the Senate of Economy Germany, promoting sustainable business practices and responsible entrepreneurship. As Vice Chairman of the British Chamber of Commerce in Germany (BCCG), he actively fosters bilateral economic dialogue. His profile is further strengthened by previous supervisory board roles and lecturing positions at a private university. His in-depth knowledge of capital market structures, regulation, and alternative investment solutions makes him a valued member of the advisory board.
Dr Ludwig Vogel
Funds | Institutional sphere
Ludwig is a qualified banker, holds a degree in business administration, is a certified real estate economist (ebs), holds a doctorate in economics (Dr. rer. pol.), and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). He lectures in real estate economics at university level and has many years of experience as a real estate banker, managing director, advisory board member, and supervisory board member. Over the course of his career, he has supported, among other projects, a pension fund in establishing a BaFin-regulated investment management company. As Managing Director Real Estate at MPC Capital AG, he launched one of the first Article 8-compliant special AIFs in Germany. At Warburg-HIH Invest, he was responsible as managing partner for setting up institutional fund vehicles. He supports PRIO as an advisory board member with his expertise in capital markets, institutional requirements, and his extensive experience in asset management.
Heiko Franken
Strategy consulting | Methodological competence
Heiko holds a degree in business administration. He brings experiences from a multifaceted and successful career as a consultant and entrepreneur to the advisory board. His professional path includes a long-standing partnership at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and a seat on the management team of Leuphana University Lüneburg. Furthermore, Heiko can look back on a diverse wealth of experience founding various companies. He coaches entrepreneurs and start-ups in all phases of company development and connects them with the investor sphere. His scientific expertise, network and methodological competence, including in asset management and as a developer of excellent teams, make him a valuable member of the advisory board.
Alexander Montana
Mobility | Infrastructure
Alexander is the founder and director of regiomaris GmbH, a company that successfully sells travel packages in and to northern Germany. He is also the designated legal representative of a family-owned property and real estate management company. Mobility and transport are his passion. As a former student of transport and logistics, Alexander sits on the executive board of Transport Club Germany, Northern State Association (Verkehrsclub Deutschland Landesverband Nord e. V., VCD) and is appointed as an ordinary member of the supervisory board of NAHBUS Nordwestmecklenburg GmbH. His extensive expertise and constantly growing network in this field give him an excellent ability to provide forward-looking advice in an infrastructure context. Opportunities are recognised early and property locations thought of differently thanks to his participation on the advisory board.
Robert Wahlen
Sustainable facility management
Robert is the proprietor of FMPro Facility Management Professional in Berlin. He is an industrial engineer and also an engineer of supply and disposal technology/building services. A sworn and certified expert and auditor for sustainability in facility management, he has previously guided the planning and construction of major projects such as Upper West in Berlin. In particular, he advises and serves owners and managers of major properties for optimised facility management. Robert is a member of two facility management working committees run by the German DIN standards organisation, a founding member of GEFMA e. V. and RealFM e. V. as well as the author of various publications. Moreover, he has held roles as a guest professor in a facility management degree programme and a managing partner of a family company in the metal industry. Additionally, has built a profile as member of the supervisory board of an international industrial holding company. Robert possesses extensive knowledge gained from three-and-a-half decades of experience and offers PRIO a great variety of added value and a far-reaching network.
Harald Wüst
Neighbourhood development | Project management
Harald is a degree-holding civil engineer and has worked in the real estate sector in Germany and across Europe for over 25 years. He has previously held director positions at multiple property and project management companies, such as Drees & Sommer in Hamburg. During this time, his leadership roles gave him responsibility for various major projects, including for example the expansion of Hamburg airport. Most recently, he was responsible for the northern Germany business territory at PATRIZIA as Head of Development. While in this position, he had technical responsibility for the neighbourhood development of 1,800 residential units, among other things. He is available to assist investors and project owners from planning to construction with his own consulting firm. As an advisory board member, Harald contributes a point of access to an excellent, industry-relevant network as well as deep technical expertise in real estate.
